Parisian Baby Shower

I have known Kim since High School so when she announced that she was pregnant I was so excited for her to join the mommy club. Then I was super excited to help plan the baby shower. She loves Paris and travels there every year for vacation so it was fitting that we threw her a Parisian Shower, and of course with a Paris theme you had to have a Patisserie of yummy desserts.

With the help of our group of girls friends, we had people making cupcakes, macaroons and cake pops. The rest of the treats we were able to find at Costco. Kim is also very talented and crafty herself and made chocolate Eiffel towers and the cute baguette bags.

The Parisan baby shower invitation can be customized in a different colors and wording.  You can order them at www.invitationparlour.com

Congratulations Sean and Kim, we can't wait to meet your new baby boy!

Little Mister Party - Tavian's 1 Month Celebration

When my business partner and best friend Justina told me that her little sister, Le My  was having a baby, I was so excited for her. I have known her since she was just a kid and now she was having her own baby!

So on May 12th, we celebrated Little Mister Tavian's one month birthday. In the asian culture, instead of having a big baby shower, they have a one month celebration to celebrate after their arrival. I've been wanting to throw a party with mustaches and bowties so I suggested we have a little man party. It was so much fun trying to come up with manly items to do for our food table and also cutting out all the mustaches and bowties. And of course let's not forget the argyle pattern we had everywhere.

Here is the invitations we designed. You can also change the wording and it would make the perfect baby shower or birthday invitation. You can purchase these at www.invitationparlour.com

And here is the table we designed.

We had root beer, mini man-wiches, bow tie pasta salad, tiny tater tots, bubble gum cigars, candy cigarettes, candy mustaches, cupcakes, oreos, chocolate chip cookies, and even mini slim jims.

We had white bags for guests to put their treats in and we added buttons to them so they looked like white shirts, then guests got to pick out a bowtie to add to the top.

And here is the guest of honor, little Mr. Tavian himself :)

And here is the new happy family.

And Nayla & Briohny are making sure the mustache dum dums tasted ok :)
